You may have had difficulty getting these heads as a direct replacement to save having to drain the entire system down, we have managed to find a supplier of this head holding Part Number 50024200 (this the head part number, not the entire unit)
Please note that this a 230-240 volt Orkli replacement head (not including valve body) for a 22mm 2 port Valve second generation head, holding the Art number 60524600. One way to recognise whether your valve is a second generation head is to remove the head and look at the brass drive pin on the valve body. If the drive pin has two flats on the side of the drive pin it is a second generation head, if it is split down the centre it is a first generation head. If it is, we also sell these replacement heads under Art Number 50021600
New improved complete valve assemblies with heads are available under Art no 60524600 on our website (please note that the new unit heads are not interchangable with the old ones)
For use on valves with a flat on one side and not where the drive pin is split down the centre (as with the first generation valve)
Can be fitted without draining the central heating system, clips onto the valve body and wires are replacement like for like

Returns
If you are unhappy with the goods in any way, you can return them within 30 days of the delivery date. For a refund, it's essential to ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging, along with accompanying documentation and manuals, in an undamaged and complete state.
It's important to note that the Consumer Contract Regulations safeguard all online purchases, granting you the ability to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the item. The right to cancel doesn't apply to products that have been custom-made for you, such as components of a heating system or in-store discounted items not typically stocked.
30 Days From Purchase
We have, however, extended this time, and we will accept returns within 30 days from the day that you receive your item. You should be aware that any refund for returns will not include the original cost of enhanced shipments such as Tracked 24 or Guaranteed Next-Day Delivery. It should also be noted that items must be returned in an unused and resellable condition with unopened manufacturer packaging if sent that way, with any security packaging also intact.
We’ll also provide a return shipping label if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or proven defective item, etc.). If this facility is used and the item does not prove to be incorrect or defective, we will deduct the cost of the return postage from the refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within one week of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
