Teddington Frost-Sentry Condensate Pipe Frost Protector Unit
The Frost Sentry is designed to prevent Condensate Pipes from Freezing when temperatures fall below 2.5°C. This compact unit consumes less than 10W on standby and 30W when at maximum heating.
Once fitted, this unit will ensure that the Condensate Pipes from your Boiler or Air Conditioning unit will not freeze – even down to -20° C.
Once installed, the Frost Sentry will constantly monitor the external temperature.
If it falls below 2.5° C, the Frost Sentry will activate and gently warm the inside of the Condensate pipe. The further the temperature drops, the warmer the temperature in the pipe.
The Frost Sentry comes with 3 meters of Heater Cable, 3 meters of Temperature Probe, and 2.75 meters of Clear Plastic PVC tubing. These can be shortened to a minimum of 1m meter.
The Frost Sentry is truly a fit-and-forget device that will ensure that no matter how far the temperature falls, to a minimum of -20° C. The boiler will continue to function in the harshest conditions.
In freezing weather, the condensate pipe from your condensing boiler can freeze up and stop your boiler from working.
The FrostSentry device gently warms the pipe automatically when temperatures get too cold, preventing it from freezing and causing a boiler to shut down.

Returns
If you are unhappy with the goods in any way, you can return them within 30 days of the delivery date. For a refund, it's essential to ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging, along with accompanying documentation and manuals, in an undamaged and complete state.
It's important to note that the Consumer Contract Regulations safeguard all online purchases, granting you the ability to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the item. The right to cancel doesn't apply to products that have been custom-made for you, such as components of a heating system or in-store discounted items not typically stocked.
30 Days From Purchase
We have, however, extended this time, and we will accept returns within 30 days from the day that you receive your item. You should be aware that any refund for returns will not include the original cost of enhanced shipments such as Tracked 24 or Guaranteed Next-Day Delivery. It should also be noted that items must be returned in an unused and resellable condition with unopened manufacturer packaging if sent that way, with any security packaging also intact.
We’ll also provide a return shipping label if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or proven defective item, etc.). If this facility is used and the item does not prove to be incorrect or defective, we will deduct the cost of the return postage from the refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within one week of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
