Scalemaster® SM4 Sludge Remover Bottle – 500ml Bottle
SM4 Sludge Remover is designed to help your heating system work better by getting rid of the nasty stuff that can build up over time. This 500ml bottle is enough for a regular-sized system with up to 10 radiators, and it won’t cause any problems if you use a bit more than recommended.
To use it, just pour it into the tank where your heating system gets its water, or you can add it directly to a radiator following some simple guidelines.
Let it do its job by running your heating system as usual for at least 2 hours, but no more than 2 weeks. Make sure to flush out the system until the water looks clean to remove any leftover gunk.
For extra protection, add Scalemaster SM1 Inhibitor when you’re filling up your system. This will help stop more build-up and keep your heating system working well.

Returns
If you are unhappy with the goods in any way, you can return them within 30 days of the delivery date. For a refund, it's essential to ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging, along with accompanying documentation and manuals, in an undamaged and complete state.
It's important to note that the Consumer Contract Regulations safeguard all online purchases, granting you the ability to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the item. The right to cancel doesn't apply to products that have been custom-made for you, such as components of a heating system or in-store discounted items not typically stocked.
30 Days From Purchase
We have, however, extended this time, and we will accept returns within 30 days from the day that you receive your item. You should be aware that any refund for returns will not include the original cost of enhanced shipments such as Tracked 24 or Guaranteed Next-Day Delivery. It should also be noted that items must be returned in an unused and resellable condition with unopened manufacturer packaging if sent that way, with any security packaging also intact.
We’ll also provide a return shipping label if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or proven defective item, etc.). If this facility is used and the item does not prove to be incorrect or defective, we will deduct the cost of the return postage from the refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within one week of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
